Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed only at the department's discretion, so it is highly recommended that you submit your applications on time.
Applicants to the Epstein ISE Department Doctoral Program should complete their applications by December 15 to be considered for fellowship support in the following Fall. Applications submitted after this deadline likely will not be identified to the USC Graduate School as fellowship nominees. Note: While many students who begin the Epstein ISE Doctoral Program will have completed a relevant MS or MA degree, exceptionally strong students may be admitted directly to the Doctoral Program based on completion of a relevant BS degree.
